We seal the work area under negative air pressure, wet the material to keep fibers down, remove and double-bag it as regulated waste, and HEPA-clean everything inside the containment. Then an independent air test confirms the space is back below the clearance limit. Abatement isn’t finished when the material is gone — it’s finished when the air passes.

Do I have to remove asbestos if it’s in my home?

Not always. Intact, undisturbed material is often safest left in place and monitored. Removal is called for when it’s damaged, deteriorating, or in the way of a renovation. The assessment tells you which situation you’re in — we don’t sell removal you don’t need.

How do I know if a material contains asbestos?

You can’t tell by looking — it takes a lab. We collect small samples of suspect materials and have them analyzed, which is the only reliable way to know before you disturb them.

Is my family safe during the work?
